What would YOU pay for my truck?

Thats right. What would you honestly pay. I know what KBB puts it at, but what would you offer for my truck?

heres the details, and some pictures:

its a 2004 ranger xlt value package.
It has, pwr windows/locks
cruise control.
mp3 player
tailgate indicator
manual ac switch
fog lights
front mid aft skid plates
265/70/16 general grabber at2 tires with 15K miles on them
waag bar
150 watt KC Daylighters (2) chrome
chrome altezza tail lights.
chewed tonnaeu cover
20% tint on rear windows
55 watt back up lights
class IV trailer hitch
a stupid rubber duck on rear bumper
rubber floor
2 door
4.0 engine
4 wd
47,000 miles
painted headlights
bug shield
front mud flaps
$800 westin chrome step bars for a 4 door.
chrome door handles
level 2 gauges
ALL acessory wiring is done with 14awg out door 3 wire extension cord. with proper fuses.
chrome mirror caps (which cant be removed unless you replace the mirror)

pics:

I realise that a 'modified' truck isnt worth much when selling, but knowing how well the truck has been taken care of, its like a brand new truck. there is VERY VERY little rust on the undercarriage, and for a truck thats spent 4 year in buffalo's winters, thats quite a feat in itself.

so what do you think I can get for it?

$10-11,000 is what that truck would go for down here, and if it were a stick shift it would sell quicker most likely, there are too many automatic rangers down here just sitting on lots.

i will buy the truck for $1 and then lease it back to you for $0.10 a year on a ten year lease unlimited mileage. that way those blow holes cant get it from you.

I think that you need to find some one who is looking for a truck with an intent to mod it, not someone who is happy with a stocker. With that in mind, I would pay maybe 12-13. That was how I sold my camaro for more than the blue book, I sold it to some high school kid that was in udder amazement.

Around here you could probably get 11-13k for it. However I wouldn't sell it for an old escort. They have a lot of problems. You have a reliable truck.

my truck (2001 with 69,500 miles, edge package, 4x4 power everything, 4.0L with bedliner, brushguard and roll bar was quoted to me as being woth $10,800 thru VEHIX.COM
so, your 2004 with 47,000 miles i'll bet is worth $13,000 (retail) $10,000 (trade)

i just checked your numbers and vehicle description with vehix. com: Dave, your ranger is worth $14,000 retail. $11,000 trade value.
you can get a lot more than $8,000 easily, due to your low miles.

also, you have a lot of aftermarket stuff: so that adds up as well!

problem is dealers arent giving anything in trade.. and alot of sales of these things are down so its prolly not worth more than $5000-6000 on a retail trade.. id search KBB and edmunds online then id add a couple of hundred... frankly my minivan has a 4300 trade in yet no dealer wants to give me more than $2000 for it i paid $11K two years ago for it...
