What are these pieces for the upper intake gasket kit

I know the circle with the square is for the throttle body, but what are the rest of the pieces?

Green ORing looks to be for the EGRValve "Pitot Tube" (unsure of proper name) in left side of IntakeManifoldThroat.
Pic below is the EGRValve+PitotTube assembly, with my slightly modified\abreviated TubeTip.
4BoltHoleSquarePlate+Seal may be for the later year model FlyByWire ThrottleBody, guessing here?
