Thermostat was stuck, so i got a new one, pulled everything apart only to find ford gave me the wrong one, but finally got it and all back together. Cleaned the intake manifold and throttle body. Cleaned the k and n and then in for an emissions test, passed with flying colours. Good for 2 years no comes the modding lol

by all means pull the bed, easy to do and so worth it. my truck got a bath today and i removed the mudflap brakets from the rear. the left side had broke on the outer side and before it compltly broke off i just took both sides off. front 'flaps do more anyways for vehicle protection. now in the slush i can cover the headlights of the car behind me with a punch of the throttle.

60* today, so figured I'd get to work a little......
Removed the damaged radiator support on the 96 I picked up for my Wife last fall. Next will be to put the used radiator I picked up in it & be sure everythins in workin order before spendin the money on the frame shop visit to true things up with the new radiator support.
It took a shot in the RF that killed the radiator, set off the airbag, tripped the inertia switch. I reset the inertia switch & it fired right off, but didn't run it long do to radiator be junk. I'll get the radiator in it, then fire it up & make sure the trans & all is good, then she's off to the frame shop.
When I brought it home:
After removin damaged plastic:
Pulled damaged radiator support as best I could with come-along.....closeup of damaged radiator support, as ya can see, it's JUNK:

Wetsanded the tails before the first coat and wet-sanded after each coat. Came out looking SMOOTH.

This was too dark... 162 dollar ticket later and my tails are red again. Lesson learned. There is a reason they werent tinted from the factory.
