i saw it at the body shop, almost have it back! just waiting on bumper mounts now...

 

I had planned it for earlier this week but the wife got sick and needed some TLC. She is still under the weather but said I could change it if it wasn't to cold outside. An old flannel and a sheet of cardboard is all I need. Topped off the windshield fluid and tossed in some fuel injector cleaner and check the air pressure in the tires... Good till spring...

 

Ordered parts...Visteon radiator, goodyear upper and lower hoses, and Monroe Sensa-Tracs all around.

thanks man :D i really can't take the credit for it though... i got the idea from steve's (sixt9coug) thread (https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...my-hood-4.html) and i first saw it on tyler's truck (Tys 4x4 FTW) which i loved... and a car accident made it possible to do for very cheap

 

pulled a mini-van 1/2 mile down a snowy road, both of us were dragging bottom and the tow starp broke twice. not a 2wd day here in central ohio!

 

Cleaned all the crap out of the bed/cab MUCH more room to move around now.

 

Got sick of not being able to see fu*k all when my lens' get even slightly dirty so I ordered some 6000k hi/low hid's for the headlamps and 6000k's for the fogs as well! booyah

 

morphed it into a long bed extended cab dodge 24v cummings. my lil bro is taking her to fort riley kansas for awhile so im driving a Dodge .

 

changed the O2 sensors for the first time ever and re-aimed my headlights

 

Fixed that rubber elbow that gives everyone problems and changed the air filter. Back to paper, Takeda would be proud!

 

Changed out the headlights. The ones that came out were the originals; had "May 1998" printed on them!

 

Did 3 doughnuts when I got to work in the light snow we got overnight.. Then hosed all the salt off of it and let it sit inside all day.

 

stopped at the body shop, and got pissed at the guys, because they have been 3 days to source and install 1 ****ing part!

 

I just brought it out of the garage, I did and oil change on it Friday and left it in there till tonight. Now they say the snow is on its way (Chicago) and all SouthWest airline flights have been canceled from 2 pm on Tuesday till 2 pm on Wednesday. Call ahead if you flying out soon.

 

Replaced the squeaking OEM sway bar bushings with new Moogs...$16 well spent.

 

Hot boxed the hell out of it then dropped by princess auto and picked up some nice smelling incents to install in my vents :)
Ooo and bought some new tire shine!

looks like i am getting my truck back today! finally, after 4weeks 1 day... when it was only supposed to be gone a week and a half

 

i walked by it and started making my "oh" face while twisting my nipples....
