back up in 4lo with the e brake on? i did that to mine but i sheered the to pin completely off and messed up both shoes and bent the backing plate out and away from the drum that was a big oops on my part!

prolly not, you wouldnt know it but its pretty hard to fuxxor your rear brakes, they can take a lot of screwin around without much bad happening. There is a point of course..

What i was doing when i broke mine I was up a bank with a tire in the air and i set the brake to take a pic and i didn't release the brakes when i backed up and pow! though that guys break was minor to what mine did i still have the brake shoes somewhere.

i had adjusted the rear brakes manually, the adjuster cables were broken. i had them too tight and the brakes were smoking when i got to work. the right side seized and and it bent the shoe when i freed it by moving forward (yes, in 4L) i did put new adjuster cables in along with a spring kit and the new shoes. oddly enough, the other side didnt sieze.
