The "What did you do to your Ranger today" thread

I had issues with my fuel gauge, it was reading backwards so I decided to move the bed and test it but when I slide the bed back I broke one of the fuel fitting. I had to order a new fuel asy from rockauto, in a meantime I decide to get the bed down and power wash everything after That I went to get some rust protection paint and here is my work 😁😁 before and after pics.

Just replaced my clutch fluid with some fresh dot3. Being super careful to not let any air in the line or let the reservoir completely empty. From what I've seen it's a complete nightmare to fix if air gets into the line. Because it has a section that hooks up around the frame the only way to get an air pocket out is to remove the lines and master cylinder and reservoir assembly and bench bleed it. So note to anyone else doing this better to go slow and keep checking reservoir than to rush it and let any air into the line.

Parked it
That’s some nice steering handiwork!
First real snow of the season today. Hit four high and she started rattling and clanking. Although disengaging turned off indicator, clanking persisted. Had to do a five point turn back to driveway. So she’s parked. Funny, I was just about to go camper shopping off season. Not going to be towing anything soon.

Performed the throttle cable/zip tie fix. Sure enough, there was some slack. While I had my fat **** wedged in down there, I also tightened the 30mm Torx bolts for the loose shifter fix. Sure as heck, they were loose. I didn't use any Locktite this time. Next time, I'll send my skinny, young, flexible, buddy down there to do it.

Any good recommendations for wheel spacers?
I'm looking to buy wheel spacers for wrangler.I'm looking to stay under $300. maybe 1.5" would be better.Any good recommendations?
I've seen someone modified his wrangler like this, I really like its stance,
It seems might be 1.5" wheel spacers?
Anyone can tell me what marker lights are those?
The spacers in the pic from bloxsport , seems to change their brand name into BONOSS, so did anyone use bonoss Wheel Spacers before? If so, what was your experience?

Absolutely. Different truck. Even with the T-bar crank (5 turns, plus alignment) and short shackles, it rides far more firm and perfectly flat now in corners, even on our crappy country roads. Like a 4x4 should ride. No more super-spongy ride.I don't mind a little harshness. It's a truck. I'm sure the new Rancho shocks helped. as well. Regarding the spacers, to me it's about looks. If I get more stability by growing three inches wider, cool! Admittedly, I've never been a Ford guy, but I'm really falling in love with this little truck. I think it's going to be around for a long time to come!

Headlights
Tried using the headlight restorer kits....twice (Turtle Wax and then Mothers) and I think at 21 years old, they were just too yellowed to be nice again, so I replaced them and upgraded to LED's. The black buckets were the same price
as the chrome so I thought with the factory Silver Frost, they'd look awesome.
