After 2 years of fighting the clips that hold the headlights in, I was finally able to get them out. So I was finally abke to give the headlights a good sanding and put like 5 heavy coats of clear coat on them. They look brand new now. No more yellow headlights.
Also was finally able to get the lower brackets installed for the radiator. After doing the body lift I couldn't get them to line up at all. But after 5 months of driving around, I finally decided to give it another shot. So after a lot of fighting, banging, prying and a lot of "unpleasant" words were said I finally got them on. Seems like the brackets were just a little to wide and caused the bolts holes from lining up.

Wednesday I had my single 2.5" Flowmaster muffler installed. I had the 2" pipe behind the last cat eliminated. Went with 2.5" from the last cat back and put a turn down on the muffler. Pretty loud. Used a same side in / same side out muffler and stood it up on it's side rather than laying it flat. Install looked real good. No pics of the install yet.

Wellllll, I finally did it. After driving great for 3.5 years with a license and surviving the "teen driving" stuff, I had a collision today. I'm at fault, lady in front of me stopped wayyyy to fast at a YELLOW light, I couldn't stop in time. Not much apparent damage to my truck, other than a fog light bulb coming out and a plastic piece knocked out of shape....I'm waiting to hear from the Insurance Adjuster to contact me to schedule a shop inspection.
Pics attached. Could not get picasa to work with the image links....

Are they not difficult? I would imagine the bed being easy. But the Cab, I would think would have it stress points. Then again I have never done one and don't know the full ins and out of what it takes.

Well... since this is my first post in this thread I'll post what I've done so far, plus what I've done today!
Let's see...
1. Sprayed the front valence, bumper, and grill black (last year)
2. Sprayed all the door panels, most of the dash, and the back carpet black (last year)
3. New rubber floor mats (last year)
4. New Indy 500 Firehawk Tires (last year)
5. New fuel pump (old one died :(... )
6. 60/40 to 40/40 seat mod
7. Installed all new pioneer door and back speakers
8. Built a sub box for a flat pioneer sub (regular cab, no real choice but sounds awesome)
9. Installed infinity 5 way amp
7. Sony xplod bluetooth/usb headunit
10. New Bosch Alternator (oem one completely died, not really an upgrade but a necessity)
11. New Battery (again, more of a necessity since it wouldn't charge)
12. New Clear Eurostyle headlamps
13. Removed cold air intake muffler
14. (Today) Installed K&N Air Filter
15. (Today) Recharged A/C (had I known it'd be that easy I would've done it last year)
Total: Way too much money, but totally worth it. A nice runner that now gets 26+ mpg.
Next upgrades...
Probably a new muffler next (suggestions?)
Maybe a high flow cat (or straight pipe it)
Plasti-dip the rims (still considering)
Any other suggestions?
