They don't like to sit... They don't like to just be put on a charger while they're dead either. Gotta put a surface charge on 'em by using a jump pack to start the truck. Drive it a little while. THEN put the charger on it.
You probably already know this, but use an automatic charger that'll charge the battery and automatically turn into a trickle charger when a full charge is detected.
Deltran Battery Tender Plus FTW.

I took delivery of some morimoto 3Five ballasts and Morimoto 3000k bulbs for my fog lights. So I have some PNP HIDs back in the fogs now. One day I will do a retro on my fog lights.
I also recieved a gently used super duty third brake light from the newer model. I have something up my sleeve for it and it involves lots of Philips Lumileds.

In an effort to not totally stray away from the thread content...
Today I looked at my truck. I also placed a coke can on the headache rack bed rail. The can is still there.
Let's see 'em then!! Twenty-five foot from a flat wall parked perpendicular on a level surface. NO CELL PHONE PICS ALLOWED
You must have gotten the magic set of junk 1 piece projector housings that's aren't complete garbage.
Sorry to say but I don't believe you one bit. Folks apparently don't take that kind of shot of those lamps because of their horrible performance. But I will give some credit : they're better than any plug-n-play drop-in HID setup in the blinding oncoming traffic department.
