rigged up a tailpipe with a 6' section of flexpipe. just clamped it onto the muffler & ran it straight out to the back bumper, held up by copper wire. painted it with flat black header paint. kinda ugly (i did have a nice stainless tip with the stock tailpipe) but at least it gets the exhaust out from under the bed instead of collecting moisture there and causing more rust/corroision.

Lighted visors from an '01 Mountaineer and an '02 mustang dome light. My truck is all explorered out haha. OHC, leaf springs, visors and a few other miscellaneous things I cant remember.
Take the inner fender liner out and you can see all three spark plugs plain as day. On a 4.0 SOHC truck with a body lift it still doesnt help haha! But on a non-body lifted truck it is the hot ticket.

My brake pads started yelling at me so I went to the local orielly, picked up some ThermoQuiet pads for the front that were on sale and had a rebate. Threw them on just before sunset in 20 minutes. No more braking sounds, and I stop faster now! I like them so far.
And I'm loving the warmer weather! 65 here in Colorado springs this weekend.

Got my NGK plug wires today, (Rockauto has them, if anyone wonders) and put them on. Seems to run a little better. Oooo... preatty color... They're blue... as blue as a good spark. And they seem to work real well with the NGK plugs that I put in a while back. No complaints there... good wires, good price.
Manifold to y-pipe spring bolts are here too. So... sometime next week, I might be pulling the y-pipe off, and replacing the manifold gaskets, and the y-pipe donut gaskets... the y-pipe is a victim of hack jobs. The o2 sensors are in pieces of pipe, which are poorly welded to the original y-pipe pieces, and so on and so forth.
You might see a thread showing what I had to do to fix current/prevent future exhaust leaks.
In regards to above poster's sig...

Went to a concert last night battery wasn't charged enough due to sitting for 3 months so I drove the car. Got to meet Mal, Mark was nowhere to be found at the DV8 tent or I would have introduced myself to him too... next time.
Got up this morning and put the truck on charge for 5 hours, starts right up growls like a rabid beagle, not sure what that's about but it ran strong so it will live...
