I have a 2001 Ranger Edge .... I purchased it in 2001... I've never had any issues with it... until a week ago. This truck has lost 95% of acceleration. No check engine light... but 2 pending codes... 102 and 113.. i bought a new maf and there is no improvement..... all work has been performed at dealership.... except for the maf. It has 91k miles... garage kept....last year I had all new hoses... vacuum hoses.... belt.... new fluids..... and last week I loose power.... it starts perfectly but it's searching for the correct rpm by going up and down... I Rev the engine and will only go up to 1350 rpms...

Welcome to the forum
Nice looking Ranger
Yes, the MAF and air temp are part of the same 6 wire unit on the air box in 2001
So swapping it out should have cleared both codes IF...........................it was a sensor issue
Did both codes go away, and not come back?
When you change any sensors you need to reboot computer(PCM) so it will look for any changes, you can do that with most OBD readers or just unhook either battery cable for 5 or more minutes
Idle WILL go up and down after this, as computer "learns" correct settings, can take 2 or 3 drive cycles for this to stabilize
1 drive cycle is when computer sees coolant below 110degs and then it is heated up above 160deg, and then below 110deg again, so not just turning key on and off, lol
You SHOULD get code P1000, No CEL, after a full reboot, that's correct, and means computer can relearn system again
Limited power can be low fuel pressure or block exhaust, but either should cause Lean codes which you don't mention
Take the top off air cleaner box and remove filter, see if engine can be REVed to 3,000rpm, there is a smaller tube for Cold Air Intake that goes to the rad support and it can get clogged, mouse house, lol
You can take out both upstream O2 sensors, then start engine and see if it can be REV to 3,000rpm, if so then blocked exhaust
3,000rpm is the max RPM when vehicle is below 5MPH, called a REV Limiter
Try a new fuel filter, these can limit fuel flow if too dirty

^+1. If that doesn't work, you may need to look into testing the Throttle Postion Sensor as well (test, not replace). Your symptoms sound similar to when I had a failed Throttle Position Sensor (idle was hunting, and no power when accelerating from a stop). For me, the failed TPS didn't trigger any codes, which was frustrating.

Good looking 2001!
Yep, first thing I'd check is the AirFilter\LowerBox\VenturiTube for a nest;
this time of year mice love to make that a warm cozy winter home.
CableTie a 6"square of WindowScreen around the inlet end of the Venturi to keep them out.
The TPS is also a possibility; had that go out on me several years ago;
thought at first had a Transmission problem as it was shifting crazy, but was just the ThrottlePosSensor.
I'd give AirIntake a good cleaning from FilterBox to ThrottleBody to IACValve to Manifold.
If you haven't changed PCVValve & checked those hoses for leaks recently, do that.
