trying to change power steering to rack and pinion on 1988 ranger

hello guys and gals me and my papaw are putting a 340 buick motor in a 1988 ford ranger and the motor sits in the truck pretty well but the power steering pump is in the way. So we think converting to a rack and pinion steering system is what's gonna have to happen, my question is can someone point me in the direction of a rack and pinion system that will work? Please. Im doing my due diligence but have yet to find much on doing the conversion. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
