Tranny fluid

My 2006 Ranger has about 130,000 miles. Original owner. I changed the transmission fluid at about 60,000 miles. When should I change it again?

You have a 5R55E or 5R44E automatic in a 2006 Ranger
Ford Service recommends 50k miles for fluid and filter changes on the 5r automatics
