Crager soft 8s are like $40-60 each and they would work good. Get the 15x8s and throw some 31-33s on them. I recommend BFG All-Terrain T/A KOs, BFG Mud-Terrain KM2s, Goodyear Kevlar MT/R or Goodyear Duratracs. Pick one, go with whichever is cheapest they all work great. Expect to pay about $1000-$1500 for the whole setup depending on what tire size you go with.

you could buy a set of Mickey Thompson Classic Locks, have them Powdercoated black and the ring red like you want. Then wrap them with the New General Grabbers with Red letters:
