haha...new plan.... im gonna spray some sound deadener in my doors and ill check on the wires for ya, but i imagine your gonna have 2 for the speaker, 2 for the dome, and if you have power mirrors probably 2 more....I have a crap ton cause of the keyless, PW, PM,PL, SPK, dome, dinger...its alot so im hoping that im already equiped....Ill let you know

if there is a power and ground wire for the dinger, then you put a simple switch there to turn it on and off... If you have the doors on--> "on", if you have the doors off--> "off"
Of course, saying I put a switch in and actually putting a switch in are two totally different ballgames.

Well, I just looked at the door and all I see is the rubber boot to cover the wires.

Yeah, I just ran and got some rubber undercoating that im going to use to deaden the rattles in my doors.....ill take a peek at the inside of the boot of the door....i poke around on the frame side of that boot and only managed to see a bunch of wires...sooooo.....ill take a look when i spray my doors!

Ok....so i hate to inform you, but there is no quick disconects on my truck...so i doubt that there are any on yours....my drivers side has 16 wires in its loom and my passanger side has 13 wires in its loom....i was gonna take the kick panels off to see if maybe i missed a disconnect that was hiding there, but i have a massive head ache from that deadener....so i said fawk it and went back inside.
