Somewhat unsafe or very unsafe? - Towing question

I just bought an 87 Acura Integra parts car, stock weight is 2,000lbs but this one doesn't have an engine or Transmission. I am getting a car dolly that weighs 650 pounds and would like to tow it from the back bumper. I know its not a great idea. The bumper says 2000lbs gross and 200lbs tongue. I would be towing it 190 miles almost all highway. What do you guys think about this?

I had thought about it but I am actively trying to get something different.
