Replacing Fuses 2005 XL

I'm having issues trying to remove the fuses out of the passenger side fuse box. The removal tool i'm trying to use is too big and pliers / tweezers can't remove them either. I read somewhere that there should be the correct size tool in the fuse box but I can't seem to find it. Anything would be helpful, thanks.

You can get searchable 2005 owners manual here: https://www.ranger-forums.com/genera...1-models-3747/

On page 162 it says:
The fuse panel is located under the
right-hand side of the instrument
panel behind the kick panel. A fuse
puller tool is located near the top
left corner of the fuse box; this tool
will assist you in pulling the fuses
out for inspection, if necessary.
Most auto parts stores sell mini fuse pullers, under $5
