I want to upgrade my rangers security also might buy that Jimmi' Jammer™ kit sometime soon. Never had anything stolen from it but i do have a aftermarket head unit, 2 12inch subs + 1200watt amp + sub capacitor. Security wise my head unit has a detachable face which i hide in glove box when parked, i also installed a fake alarm light on top of where my head unit sits. I have a ranger custom xcab sub box(had to remove rear jumpseats and jack) sits low and out of sight, subs face down so amp and capacitor mounted on top of it. I wanted to find a decent/cheap alarm had a 20$ one but was a POS so threw it away.

 

Many companies are now offering the door lock with hidden alarm in it so i think you try that one.Because when any person try to open that lock or disable that lock you get alerted with that and secure your things without having any more loss.
