Question about Superlift cam washers

I bought a used sl awhile ago and the only parts im missing is some random bolts and the # "23" cam washers, can i buy these somewhere else or will the alignment pkace have ones for me?

These will work: Ingalls Engineering 29000 Adjustable Camber Kit I used them as well.

My alignment guy just turned my upper control arm bushings a bit to correct alignment... I didn't use the ones that came in my kit.

Ive seen alot of camber kits for a 05 ranger but if i do need them is it something the tire place would have or something i would have to order? I dont see anything on my uca that would let it adjust?
