Question about skid plates and different generations of Rangers
Well, I went to the JY to find a tail gate latch since mine broke and while there I found a off road Ranger 4x4, not sure of year but definitely 90s. I believe it was a Gen 2 but not sure. Mine is a 2002 so I believe it is a Gen 3.
Anyways, it didn't have a tail gate so I was out of luck there but I decided to take a look under the truck and I found that it still had its fuel tank and x-case skid plates. So I took them and kept looking. I was hoping to find a front skid plate and of course the tail gate latch but found neither. Anyways, I get home and start to put on my new found treasure and guess what. Damn things don't fit my truck. Now just in case I am going crazy and didn't line them up right, can anyone confirm that these will not line up with my Ranger?
If they won't fit my truck, I will sell them.
