I went to rock auto and looked at one of their radiators for it...then you can click on the part number and it'll tell you what that part also fits:

FORD EXPLORER (1998 - 2000)
FORD EXPLORER SPORT (2001 - 2003)
FORD EXPLORER SPORT TRAC (2001 - 2005)
FORD RANGER (1998 - 2004)
FORD RANGER EDGE (2001 - 2005)
FORD RANGER FX4 (2005 - 2007)
FORD RANGER SPORT (2006 - 2007)
FORD RANGER STX (2006 - 2007)
FORD RANGER SUPER 1998
FORD RANGER XL (2005 - 2007)
FORD RANGER XLT (2005 - 2007)
MAZDA B3000 (1998 - 2006)
MAZDA B3000 DS 2006
MAZDA B4000 (1998 - 2006)
MAZDA B4000 SE 2006

Mine went out last year...I wish I would have thought of a JY radiator...oh well.
