New Windshield

Tomorrow I am going to put a new window shield in my pick-up. They quoted me at $190. What do you guys think...is this about the right price or is it a little high? Let me know right away!

Sounds pretty reasonable. I just got mine replaced (insurance paid for it) after I hit a vulture. I think they quoted right around $300 for the glass and labor.

i payed $160ish for mine, just depends where you go.

i called around for about an hour to find the cheapist one, then when i got it done i found out they only use PPG glass (really good stuff).

anything under $200 is an ok deal.

If you are paying out of pocket, check with your insurance company. Mine charges $6 for full glass coverage a year.

As far as the guy in FL getting his replaced in FL every year, is it the only way you can get the lovebugs off? :-O

The guy that said he hit a vulture? Did you chase after the thing through the woods or something? Reminds me when a deer committed suicide on the front of my truck. I didn't drive around chasing him....
