Your Ford factory part # is 7L5Z-6754-A.
Unfortunately it looks like it's been long since discontinued. I looked up some of the old NOS parts dealers, but nobody seems to have one in stock. There may be an obscure dealer that has one on the shelf somewhere out there, but it won't be easy to find. Your best best is to just hit up salvage yards and keep trying through that channel.

Dorman sells a universal dipstick, like this one: https://www.dormanproducts.com/p-24511-65116.aspx
It has a set screw that you adjust for your oil pan/tube
Best to do after an oil change when you know the oil level is correct
There are also other Universal Dipsticks that can be set and then cut to length and a nicer handle clamped on
And as far as wrecking yards go, if you can't find a 3.0l dipstick, just get one you like, that you know is long enough, and cut it to length then notch it, for low-high levels
