I just got hit with golf ball sized hail!

I went to my mothers, and while i am trying to find the key to her house to drop off my dads walker, i hear 'ting ting, ting ting ting' then followed by 'clunk clunk clunk' im like wtf.... turn around and its hailing.... said screw this, jumped back into my car, and headed home.. then it started to REALLY come down.

Before I left, i thought bout grabbin my camera but said to myself 'eh, i dont need it' so i got no 'in action shots...

So i rush home as fast as i safely can cause the roads are now COVERED in white ice *****....

get home pull in my driveway, theres my mom parked at the end of my driveway... she had a 'senior moment' and couldnt figure out how to back up my sisters fake Jeep (compass) i get home... and its near golf ball sized hail comin down.... im just waiting for all the windshields on everything to start busting.... so then, Im trying to get into the back of the jeep and the phuickin door is locked and its POURING golf *****.. so i said screw this, and ran into the house to get my camera.... these are the shots:

And then a double rainbow:

This shows whats left of the tree behind my house AFTER the October storm of 2006. It used to be so big, from this angle, you couldnt see the house.

Ok not all of it was golf ball size but alot of it was and it melted FAST like 5 minutes most of it was GONE but I did manage to grab a few for comparison sake, and also souveneirs(sp)...

none that i can tell... but the drive home from moms, the 1.2 miles was WICKED. top speed of like 10 mph... i swear, i thought that stuff was going to shatter the windshield on the car cause it was hitting HARD. it sucked cause i really wanted to get home, but man, i have NEVER seen anything like it, the roads were solid WHITE like it had snowed...

We get storms like that around here every once and a while, but not often.

Hail sucks. How did the vehicles fair?
