I bought another set of Level II wheels for my Ranger off Ebay as my "summer" set, but I made a big mistake. I did not notice until after I had won the auction that the wheels did not come with center caps. Oh well, I said to myself. I'll just pick up a set at the local Ford store.

I was in for a surprise. They want $40 a pop for center caps. Thats $160 plus tax. Not cool. Can I get them anywhere else for less? I have tried to find them at on-line parts stores but only found complete wheels.

Maybe I am SOL and with have to get them from the Ford dealer, but I hope not. Anybody??

jsut rotate the center caps from your winter pair and summer pair...

 

ebay[I] always has the centercaps...thas where I got mine

Check junk yards. sometimes wheels get bent in wrecks, but caps are ok. They sometimes have extras.

What about the eBay seller? Did you ask if they had them and forgot to send?

 

If you find some cheap post up. I have one thats cracked I would like to replace.

 

Ive some center caps off my stocks. THey arent level II or whatever, they are the basic ranger wheels (the non deer hoof ones)
