6'3" and no problems unless I'm wearing my cowboy hat, or sitting rediculusly straight. I have a radio mounted about 1cm from my left knee, and an external speaker 2" from my head on the latch part of the top x member. If I can I'll get pics up later. Only hit my dome if I'm off road and hit hard.

6'4" here and if my hair isn't trimmed less then 1.5", it's in the headliner. LOL It's worse in the winter when the seats are cold stiff.....they don't give until they are warmed up, and wearing a block heater doesn't help. Just have to slouch a bit until the seat gives.
I have the same issue in my g/f's 95 Civic. The saving grace in her car is the extra room where the sun roof is....LOL
My head has always been shaved (No. 1 clippers), but now letting the top grow a bid has been tricky. Needless to say, the next vehicle needs more headroom then this little truck has.

1: take interior out,
2: cut floor and cross-member around where chair sits
3: weld in 2" of steel around edge of hole, extending down
4: weld floor panel to bottom edge of floor extension steel
5: paint
6: re-install interior
Headroom issue fixed!
