Hw tall are you Ranger owners....there's a reason for me asking this btw

Well right now, I'm 17 and just a hair over 6'2". I drive a 1998 Ranger and there's not much head room, I fit, but with little room to spare. I really hope I stop growing....I don't want to stop driving a Ranger.

So here is my question:

1)Are any of you guys as tall, or taller than me and experiencing the same problem?

2)What year Ranger do you drive? I'm wondering if certain years have more room than others.

That's a 5" difference in height, that's a lot when it comes to interior room

Im 20 and 6'4" and fit perfect. I have about 2 inches (actually ive never really thought of it) of head room in my 2004. I have smacked my head a few times getting into my truck and that really hurts

They are definitely on the small side. If I had to use my Ranger as a daily driver I wouldn't have one. The interior room is horrible, even on the Super Cabs.

Sounds like I'm just unlucky...I'm going to look at a 1996 F250 a little later today. I'll post pics after I look at it.

I'm 6'3"-6'4"...somewhere around there and i've never had any problems. The guy I got the truck from bought a Chevy 2500 4 door, and told me he could let the seat so far back I couldn't touch the petals...I just laughed at him and told him I have more leg room in my truck that that.

6'5" and I'm 21. It's a tight fit in my truck. It's even worse now that I have Explorer buckets.

6' 5" with a 36" inseam. I got the extended cab, obviously, and as a daily driver it's not bad. I drove from Dayton, OH to Chicago with only two stops and it wasn't too bad. But, when I finally got out I was fairly happy about it!

5'10 and no problems here, except occasionally I will also hit my head, and I have to agree, it really hurts.
the funny thing is, I honestly feel like I have more room in my ranger than in my talon.

i'm 6', and drive a 95 reg cab with mustang buckets. i just barely clear, but i have an aftermarket sunroof, which drops another 2 inches into my headroom. i can't wait to get my 65 mustang buckets in. think i'll drop 3-4 inches.

Im about a quarter inch shy of 6 feet, and I fit nicely in my truck...with room to spare.

However, driving my Bronco is much more comfortable. After driving a fullsize daily for 6-7 years, then going to the Ranger, you def notice a difference.

I'm 6'1" but i have a longer torso than most who are my height (my inseam is only a 30")
so my head comes within an inch of the top of the cab when driving

I'm 6'2"-3" ish and fit fine. My seat is back most of the way and leaned back pretty good. I look out of my back side windows a decent amount when pulling out onto a road.

I'm 5'11"-6' or so. I wouldn't say I have a headroom issue, but I would prefer my seat to go back an extra inch or 2. I also sit very straight up in the seat, none of that ghetto lean backwards. I have hit my head bouncing around off-roading tho, that was fun.

I'm 6"3 and 270. I'm a big man. Its kinda tight in my regular cab. I'm looking for an F150 now. Tired of the Ranger. Everything is just to small with it.
