Help Me Identify this part/ Door rust question 2002
Hey Ford Budddies,
2002 2.3L Ranger. Below I have have included a picture of the part I'm trying to identify. I want to call it a door seal, but every time I search for a door seal part my searches come up with parts and repair videos about how to repair the seal that goes all the way around the door opening and/or door itself. That's not what I'm looking for. Perhaps this part is better described as the Door gutter? However when I search for "Ford Ranger door gutter" nothing comes up. It looks like a second door seal above the door seal that goes all the way around. It definitely looks like it helps water to run away from the door opening like a gutter and it's much stiffer than the inner door seal. I need to know what this part is called specifically.
Here's the picture, the red arrows are pointing to the "gutter" I'm asking about, the seal with the yellow crosses on it are not what I'm asking about.
What is this rubber part being pointed to by the red arrows?
The reason I'm trying to find out about it is because on the passenger side this "gutter" has detached from the metal lip it's glued to and underneath the gutter the metal lip is rusting. I want to take it off try to clean up or repair the rust as best I can and then get it back on so the rust doesn't get any worse. I'm thinking I'd probably want to replace this rubber part to if I'm going to do that, but I can't find it anywhere cause I don't know what it is.
Is this the right plan of action? Should I try to build up that metal lip? I'd love some advice on how best to approach this problem. I've never really done a rust repair or door seal replacement like this.
If there's more detail I can provide, ask and I'll try to give more information.

The newest Ford part numbers:
8L5Z-1051222-A, "Upper Weatherstrip". Fits passenger side of 2-door Reg cab/2-door Supercab Ranger 93~11
8L5Z-1351222-A, "Upper Weatherstrip". Fits passenger side of 4-door Supercab Ranger 98~11
Cheapest place for a genuine Ford part is probably eBay or Amazon. Figure around $50~90. Your friendly local dealer would probably want more, assuming it is still available through Ford.
I don't know if this particular part is available in the aftermarket; in the past, I have had trouble getting correct fit with some AM weatherstrip.
