you get the bulbs at walmart- $8 ea.

with the mirror turn signal mod you need to attach the light on the mirror.
Ground one wire.
The other wire (hot wire) needs to run to the front to the side (parking) light and attach to the ground wire wire of the side light (the BROWN wire)
you can cut that ground wire and attach the wire to it.
From the parking light, you need to run a wire to the main turn signal and attach it to the bottom wire. It should be a green and white wire.

this mod makes your side light, main turnsignal light and mirror mounted light ALL blink when the signal is on.

when you put your parking lights on, the side light will NOT light up any more. It only goes on with the blinker.

If yours does that, then you've done something wrong. When you put the parking lights on, the side marker should stay on, and dim down when the turn signal lights up, giving the impression of the turn light alternating between the turn signal and side marker.

I removed the 3 mounts when I did mine. Here's the original G-E How-to, saved by member Draimen:

The clears need to be done for a shorter time and a lower temp. $tone02 did it on GE, I was gonna do it on the Ranger but never got around to it.

In theory, yes, but I don't know if anyone has ever actually tried it.

The "black housing" clears just have a black trim piece around the outside edge just like the stock amber ones do, on cheaper clear corners they tend to use white plastic.
