So I ordered my spindles and wheels on thursday morning early. The guy said that they would make the turck to come tomm. to pick my stuff up.

Well i was expossed to get the stuff on Fri. "wheels and spindles" but the guy at 4 wheel parts called and said that they didn't make the truck and that it would be Monday. So i called an told my friend who was going to install them for me that we were going to have to wait until nextweekend.

So i went to 4 wheel parts on monday. IDIOTS. The spindles were there but not the rims. So i just told them to basicly shove it all up there *** and i wanted my money back.

At the begining of this whole thing it was going to cost like 867.99. And somehow i only paid 778.99. The 91 $ discount on the spindles went throught twice somehow.

So when i asked for my money back he said there was a 15% restocking fee on the spindles b/c they were special order. I was like WELL HOW MUCH IS MY TOTAL REFUND GOING TO BE???? And belevie it or not he said like 814.84. He thought i paid the 867.99!!!! So i basicly got a free tank of gas....LMFAO

 

Glad to hear. The only thing I have ordered from them is my Hella 500's a while back. I had no problems with their shipping/internet order side.

 

i have ordered from them.....i learned my lesson.....if i have to order from them to get parts cheaper, i need to not be in a hurry to get them because their shipping "quote" suck as to when you will get the parts.....

BTW: Summit will match any of their prices...

 

I think restocking fees are a ripoff, but they're almost always clearly stated.

But still, if **** is their fault, they should deal with it!

back to the topic, I ordered some small stuff from them but stopped the order because it was taking to long.

 

i ordered my shifter ext from them they were bad with shipping choices like overnight and stuff b/c they didnt have any

 

Stay as far away from 4WP as you can...their idiocy may be contagious...just look at Maurice!

I havent had any problems with them,but the wait deal is there with them. They never seem to get it when they say they will. But got a 25 dollar free gift card from them last year. I added a few dollars to it and got a tow strap.Guess its just a store to store thing other than the wait for your stuff.

 

i bought my HiLift from them. they carry all of that in store. but i went yesterday to get 2 KC daylighters 130W lights. not the kit just the lights. he said 3 to 4 days to order them. so i said allright how aobut the same lights except in a kit. same answer 3-4 days.

i like them only because if they have it i can go pick it up at the van nuys store. only 3 miles from me.

BTW, i went to walmart and bought the knock off 100W 6" kc daylighters. haha they will do for mock up for my ligth bar idea. later on ill get the good stuff.

 

4wp is terrible, i also learned my lesson from them.
