Grille guard with winch carrier

Who makes them? Thinking of getting on for myself this christmas, would make my front end look cleaner with the winch

I think Warn might make one. Not 100% sure though.

I'm pretty sure that Westin came out with a new grille guard with a winch plate in the middle.... don't know if they make them for 08 rangers thought... i thought about getting one for mine if they do.

Yes, they do, but I'm not sure they fit 08's. TRS Fab and Offroad sells them.

Edit: Just looked and they will fit. Once you buy all the needed pieces they are pretty expensive though.

I have the Warn Guard on my truck its super solid and looks pretty good too. It also doesn't kill your approach angle which is nice. as for a winch the tray is like $300 or so so I bought a receiver hitch that I am in the process of cutting down to bolt into the guard to plug a winch into.

OR you could just save a few more dollars and get a winch bumper... Thats what im doing soon

Any Warn dealer can get it it. I got it a few years ago from a local 4x4 shop for $480 or so.

Do you think you could put a bodylift on with that grill guard, with out cutting the bumper up or anything?

Nope it mounts 12in down the frame with several bolts you would have to cut the brackets and weld in a 3in piece of plate to raise it up

im not sure on prices for these but you can have a pretty sweet brush guard/ winch mount. they have a bunch of cool options

looks a lot like my Warn but that one mounts under the valence not through the valence so it would kill your approach angle.

no it doesnt go to the next pic it mounts though but it goes down to pretect the valance. it stops right at the bottom of the valance

ya I saw that, the mount on the red one has a bar on the bottom of it and I figured it was a mount of some sort, still hangs to far down for my tastes.

i would think you would want that so you dont tear off the bottom of your bumper
