Finally got my new truck

Today i finally got my truck. Soon as i got it i went to the car wash, self serve one, and washed it. Then i went home and washed it again lol, vacumed it, windex my windows, armor all the dash and everything, and i can say it doesnt leave it shiny shiny, but more of a clean look on my dash. Im very happy how it came out and hopefully i can get some pictures tommorow as its too dark out tonight But yeah im now actually looking for a bed liner for it.. Anyone know where i could get one??

Oh yea.. as for "mods" I dont really have anything in mind, so if you could give me some ideas that would be cool. Im not too sure on the exhaust, being its a 4cyl but i dunno.. I like Zach's exhaust... Whats everyones opinion on that, an exhaust for a 2.3?

You must post pics or they will send the forum police to your house. You don't want that, trust me...

Speaking of that, i got a quote from rhino lining. Now dont get me wrong, i bet its nice but i dont want to pay 475 bucks lol. Right now anyways but who knows, if its something i really would like i might get it.

And John lol i took 4 hours or so to really clean it and it was dark out when it was done.. Im going to try and get some nice pictures of it tommorow hopefully.

As much as I like the spray ins, they won't hold up to nearly as much as a drop in if you actually work your truck. I plan on getting a drop in real soon. For only $200, against $500, I think I'll go cheaper and just as good.

The only thing I don't like is the fact that you can't use J-hooks for the tool box or clamps for your topper. But there is always a sawzall :)

if you get under the rail bedliner you can use j hooks still and then you get bed rail caps

get over the rail bedliner. best thing. used to have a drop in that was under the rail and had bed caps. the bed rail caps get stuff under them and then when you hit them or they move it rusts your bed. now i have a spray that's sprayed over the rail. looks a lot better than those bed rail caps. the spray in is definetly worth the money.

if you don't wanna spend the coin on a spray in one and if the drop in ones don't interest you, just buy a thick rubber mat. at my previous job, the work trucks had them. they are about an inch thick, three feet by five feet. take it out and hose it down. let it dry, then throw it back it.
of course it's just a thought.

Thanks. I want to wax it to get rid of the scratches it does have... And i cant feel the scratch with my finger so i think they can be buffed out with like turtle wax paste. Any ideas on what i can do for looks?? I want to keep the wheels and tires the same for now.. but i was thinking a tonnue cover, the ones that can roll up. What you think?

I did exhaust on my 2.3, just 2.5inch from the cat back with a flowmaster knock off and sounds good for a 4 banger. It definitly sounds different than most.

Not ricer at all. I dont know if will sound different on yours or not, it shouldn't. What can you expect from a 2.3 though. No matter what you do it is going to have the 4 cylinder sound.
