End of the Ranger
I know this has been covered countless times, but I just thought I would share what I thought was a pretty nice article I read in 4 wheeler magazine a few months ago.
Gives a pretty good summary of the history, just thought it was nice to see it getting some recognition as a good vehicle.
The electronic edition of the article is linked below...

Its kind of sad to see this rangers going away from the dealers. I know the current market demand is pushing all models to be more roomy and comfortable. but.. hey there are some guys who dont care about a bluetooth conection, or GPS navigation, or doors that opens an close automatically... there are people who still look for a reliable small pickup truck than can get the job done but also work as a DD with decent amenities.
Since I was a kid I was wanting to own a ranger, thanks God I make it on time before they leave. In my personal opinion I would never buy a Ranger from the new global plattform, 90% of the size of a F-150??? I´ll rather go fot the F150.
Goodbye Ranger you will be missed so bad !
