I think he had to be well over 70mph when he wrecked. If he didn't know the road he was prolly splitting his lanes on the curves to hold the speed and seen the oncoming car to late and wrecked it.

Hey I may be way off base here but untill the op give some more info gessing it all we can do.

Post Buncha "nowitalls" in this thread>

Without seein the terrain he was in and the road he was on, how the heck are all you guys comin to your conclusions?

In my 35+yrs of drivin, I've seen some pretty wild stuff and done some CRAZY stuff.

It's possible to flip a vehicle 7 times without doin 70mph..........you go into a ditch the right way and you'd be surprised how well a car becomes a drill bit and never comes out of the ditch. I've been T-boned @ 40mph and had 2 headon type wrecks, 1 @ 55mph, and other @ 65mph, so I've had my share of totalin vehicles, OBTW.....NON were my fault! Right place, WRONG time!

OP, give us a few more details, did you barrel roll or end over end 7 times before it hit the house?

GLAD your OK! Material things are replaceable, your life is not.

Bingo. The OP doesn't seem willing to share details. Guilt COULD be the reason.

Like someone said before, he hasn't shared any details with us... so until then, we can only GUESS. The most likely reason is normally the correct one. Until the OP gives us more details than "flipped the truck 7 times and rested on a house", most of us will say that speed was a factor.

Ok... I admit... no one asked the question in THESE EXACT WORDS:

"What happened?"

There.... it's been formally asked. Those pictures still don't provide any details as to what happened.

BTW... judging by your one-line posts in this thread, can I make one request? When/if you do give us a detailed post as to what happened, can you use PUNCTUATION and GRAMMAR? Seriously... I've had to read each of your posts twice to kinda understand. K. Thankz. :D

Seriously, with all the discussion about how the truck was wrecked, you don't get arrested just for crashing your vehicle. There had to have at least been an arrestable misdemeanor committed. Trust me...I know this!

Tom brings up another good point....

Driving "fine" doesn't result in an arrest.

Agreed, some very important details are being left out.

Why does a cop have to make up things just so you have to fight in court?

What kinda car "took off"?

not trying to bash you, but if you were doing something stupid just admit it.

i'm guessing he was drunk or had some green in the truck,if he was just speeding he would have got a ticket, and if it wasnt his fault he wouldnt have went to jail and he wont say nothing but he flipped it 7 times until you give us more details, everyone is gonna say you was doin something illegal

Well for starters I cant drink or smoke mainly cause im out on a 50k bail. So that answers the drinking question. That night it was raining when i went to my buddys house his mom invited me over for supper. smoked a cigar with my friend and we both left around 7:00 pm that night. It had just stopped raining right after we left. I was coming down the hill doing 35. I came around the last turn and right as i was coming out of the turn I saw a black pontiac in the middle of the road. I cut my wheels the other way so that I could try and miss the on coming car. Ended up that my *** end kicked out on me. I dropped it into third and tryed to straighten it back out. The other car hit my truck and spun me around my back tries caught the dirt and from there my truck went over. I ended up under my dash looking up at my wires. I turned the truck off and pulled myself out the driver side window and went to the other side of my truck and tryed to push it back over. My buddy and the owner of the house grabbed me and sat me down on the ground and what my buddy asked the owner was where the other guy go? Next thing I know is an ambulance came and had me get into the back of the ambulance i fell on my way in and hit my head off the strecher they grabbed me lied me down put a neck brace on me, strapped me in and put a neck brace on me. the cop came stepped in the ambulance got my info left and then came back and asked me if i was out on probation or bail. I said bail next thing he told me was i broke my bail and put me in cuffs and took me to jail. I got a summons for driving to endanger and operating without a license but i have all the paper work saying that my license was legal and a witness right behind me.

I went to the hospital a couple days after the find out i had a sprained back muscle spasms, a major concussion, and all the ribs on my right side bruised. The cop refused my rights to a hospital or to speak to my lawyer.

Thankz for clarifying everything. If you would have started with THAT instead of "I flipped the truck 7 times" and then proceeded to defend (without evidence or a story) that you didn't do anything wrong....

...then that would have gotten all the monkeys (including me) off your back.

Hope you get everything straightened out in court.

So the court date this Tuesday is to prove that you DID have a valid license, right?

If that's correct, I don't understand the trial for the bail? Or is that a completely different matter that didn't have anything to do with the accident date?

I'm sorry, but not everyone is "seasoned" like you in the ways of our court system. I've never been arrested.

That is the reason for the arrest. It will get you every time. Oh...seriously-almost every person says they have paperwork. It's BS. Cops run your info thru LEIN. Law Enforcement Information Network. The LEIN operator (dispatcher) tells the cop your license is suspended/revoked/denied. So say what you want, you license is no good.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but if I had a dollar for everytime somebody told me that had gotten their license straightened out, or warrant taken care of....well I'd probably have almost a thousand dollars. Lol
