Coolant Leak

Hello everyone!

I have a Ford Ranger Edge 03 V6 3.0 manual transmission. I replaced my water pump and everything was cool for 2 months with no leaks. My ranger started to leak around the left side of the water pump, not from the weep hole. I can not locate the exact location of the leak.
I was just wondering if I bought a bad water pump or could the leak come from the thermostat? Has anyone experienced the same issue?

The 3.0l Vulcan engine has a common coolant leak point on the timing chain cover where the water pump pass-thru passages are

Sentiment about this expressed here: https://i.imgur.com/zlqY9.jpg

lol

Anyway, have a look at the edges of that cover to see if thats the leak point, maybe its not
Its just wrench work to replace that gasket, no special knowledge is needed

Another leak point is the Elbow fitting above water pump, it rusts out
