Blower motor

Ok I think my blower motor is going out. When I have the heat to full it dosent blow out that hard. It dose get warm but wont blow it out. Where is the blower motor located at and how hard is to to change it youself? Would it be cheaper to get one from a junk yard or just get a new one?

It is at the right rear of the engine compartment near the blower motor.

Ok I pulled the resistor today, the springs look fine not rusted or anything. The conections were rusty so I tryed to sand the rust off just to see if it would work and it didnt. Now it wont blow at all.
