Best way to lift front end

I ve been thinking of putting an add-a-leaf on my 01 Edge 2wd. I believe this should add about 1.5" to the rear end. What would be the options to raise the front end without maxxing the T-bars. Whats the best way, cheapest way, and whats the best deal?

T-bar's, 3.5" spindles, or body lift are your only options.
