Look Mom, no hood gap. That sucker will never sell over here. We want more trucks like the Ranger STX.

I'd drive it. Ford would definitely need to put the gas door on the driver's side though.

That looks fantastic, and I would def. buy one when it comes time to replace my ride. As it stands, the front-runner is the new Sport-Trac, assuming rumors are true that Ranger will no longer be built in the USA.

No thank you... I think they went a little too far with that one... I don't think it would sell here very well...

Newtom meters to ft. LBs. 243 for the 2.5 and 280 for the 3.0. Why can't they give US a diesel, HERE ?

Hate it, I will never buy one of them. I would buy a Colorado first, and that isn't even likely...

I LIKE IT! Except for the Mitsu style front end and Tundra/T100 cab. I definately like the diesel and manny tranny.

"The 2.5L engine delivers 143 PS and 330Nm of torque at a low 1,800 rpm, yet provides 22% better fuel economy than the Ranger's previous 2.5L WLT turbo engine. The 3.0L engine is a new addition to the Ranger, and boasts best-in-class 380 Nm torque at 1,800 rpm and 156PS power output"

So that new 3.0l is putting out 274-280 ft/lbs of torque (and 150 horsepower)! That's sure ain't no vulcan! Heck the 2.5 puts out 238 pounds of torque.
