4.88s, 35s, and a 4.0L who has that setup?

I would like to know because I might run that for a short time.

If you have them post what tranny you have, the year, and the RPMs at 60mph

I am running about 2100 at 60 with 4.56s.

thanks!

I am thinking about it because someone wants my rear 4.56s, I have the rear 4.88s which i was going to run when i bought gears for my D44. But I can get some for the D30 at a good price why not change early! I never drive over 75mph any more and I am more apt to run 70 at the most on the interstate. Hoping mpg does not change much

nice site! says about 3000 rpm at 85, or 2500 at 65 which is not much higher than i have now. I wonder how accurate that is.

i think when i pulled out my GPS, it was dead on.. check out your final crawl ratio, what is it?

and idk what it is with my truck, but i really dont notice any difference from the 4.10s... except higher RPMs on the highway, and maybe a little better pick up on the highway? even the guy who installed it said the same thing

first gear low range 29.89
first gear high range 12.05

is that what you wanted?

I think some of it is wrong. says at 5000 rpm with 4.56s gears is 152 mph. lol at 6000 i can barely get 120 let alone 150.

I think mine was a little higher then that. The 4.88's weren't in there real long for the accident so I can't really remember. I think 3000 RPM was more around 65-70 MPH. I never drove much over 60 though. I loved the 4.88's and would do it again.

I think at 65 MPH you should be between 2500 and 3000 RPM.

3000 would be way too high! 2500 would be perfect maybe 2600-2700

anyone else?

i measured it with the GPS earlier, its off by a few hundred RPMS, its at about 27-2800 at 70, the website says it would be 3000

i have the M50D-1....right?
now it says 81 at 3000
and 2590 at 70...
