02 F150 Rearend Question?

My dad has a 02 F150 Supercrew with the 5.4, Now the truck is used basically for towing our RV's and my dad wants to put new gears in the rear end to tow better I guess as it has 3.55 limited slip in it now. Now I guess heres the weird thing I guess all the 5.4's in the f150's came with 9.75 rearends and not 8.8 what are some places to buy them besides summit and what brands make a gear for the 9.75? I think hes wanting to go to a 410 gear ratio or so. Any other places selling them besides summit?

wow.....with stock tires and wheels, that 5.4 will scream with 4.10's in it.......i would say a 3.73 would be enough....what does he want to tow?

My dad is probably going to be lifting his tow rig 00 F-150 this spring..Its 4x4 off road, 5.4 with 3.55 gears. With 35-37" tires we were thinking 4.56 gears should do him well..
