2007 F-150

I know I haven't posted much here in the past year and a half or so but I am hopefully getting another ranger soon to put a LT on so I'm gonna be back. Anyway since I moved to California I bought a new truck after I got sick of driving a car. So here it is. Specs

2007 F-150 XLT
4x2 Supercrew

Plans are
Mild lift maybe 4-6"
tow package
Custom bumper
Shell with a bedrug

and a trailer towing my LT ranger lol Anyway heres the few pics that I have of it.

Nice truck!
Needs fog lights and a transfer case though.

haha I actually have been thinking about trading it in on a 250 or a 4x4 but I am just going to keep it since I am trying to buy a house so the more I can pay on this to get it paid off the better.

I have been thinking about some lights though. Either a bumper up front or behind the grill.

New bumper.

Probably no need for a 4x4 there anyway, I would run a nice LT kit on the F150 myself.
Of course if it's a 4.6L I wouldn't, which I'm guessing it is since you didn't say 5.4l. Unless you get a blower....

I want a LT kit on this SOOOOO bad but I can't see spending $6k on it and not be able to wheel it hard because its the DD. So I can spend that $6k on a truck already LT'ed and ready for the desert. And yeah its the 4.6L.

haha I hated it so much when I had it. I didn't want it but I bought it because my cousin was moving across country and I was helping him out. Hence why I only kept it for like 7 months lol

But yeah I don't think I miss it. I wouldn't want to drive it again thats for sure.

haha The only good thing was it was a 5 speed. Well good gas mileage too. But it was the first ever 'car' that I owned. I will never own another. I had two rangers before the F-150 and I will only ever buy ford trucks from now one.

Well it just looks like a POS econobox. There are plenty of fun and nice cars out there. Honestly I love driving my wife's golf (handles great, comfortable, fun to drive and awesome mileage) but I would absolutely hate to only have a car and nothing else to drive.

Good decision on dropping the hatch for the truck. Finally feel like a man again? Lol
