Well here goes front hitch mount and winch install.

This is going to be slow. Using a friends welder and I got all the metal I need a few weeks ago and put it next to my shed. Hay guess what I’m a moron and didn’t put it into the shed. And it snowed almost 2 feet. Now I can’t find it, need to wait for the snow to melt a little so I can. I have a rear hitch from a 06 E2500 that I’m using for the hitch. Going to mount the hitch to the bottom of the frame and the winch will be put on a plate welded to the top of the hitch mount so that I can put a hook in the hitch and use as an anchor point if I’m using a ****** block.

Things I've already done. Had my trany cooler pop a few weeks ago so I got a universal cooler and mounted it to the engine side of the radiator. Also removed the fan and mounted an electric fan to keep the engine cool. I’ve also removed the a/c from the truck took the pump, lines and condenser out to give me room for the winch to fit ware I wanted it to in front of the radiator.

I will put more pics up when I get them loaded on my comp.

Nice! Its a little hard to see in the pics, but how did you mount the winch on top of the hitch? Thats a sweet idea, I got a front receiver on mine but I just have my M8000 Warn on a receiver plate and use that, it'd be nice having it tucked in to the grille cause it sticks out a lot on the receiver and catches on everything. Cheers

Looks good. I like you got it all tucked up in there.

Where did you put the solenoid?
