All of the miters I did with an abrasive chop saw.. then I smoothed the outer corners of all the miters (after welding 'em) I could get to with a flap disc. And 'forever' on any job is in the eye of the beholder and just how nice of a finished product ya want.

No clue on the caster to tell ya the truth. I really havn't bothered much with any of the alignment since it has handled pretty damn well for me so far. Returns to center pretty true and I've driven it 2+ hrs each way for a few wheelin' trips. No issues.
get an angle finder on there and find out! LOL

He couldn't get you an accurate measurement right now. He truck is sagging like a **** in the rear, which would give you a false reading.

I would bet it would be damn near close to 0* maybe 2*, 3* maybe 4* max.
