Thanks man!

Working on an aluminum speedo-bucket,
all I need is mounting tabs on it, Its bolting to the ignition key mounts.

Its hard to tell, but the bottom is actually rounded out a bit.

The engine has a small alternator inside the flywheel, Actually a "stator"
I think it will hold up alright, If not I will figure out a better charging system.

It is electric start.

Top speed...
Not quite sure yet,
There has been a few 20hp Briggs V-twin Choppers built. The guy who built them says they will run up to 100mph.

I dont expect mine to go quite that fast.

Yes, This head light is a million times better than the crappy looking Yamaha one.
So I'm thinking about side mounting my speedometer.
Anyone seen a similiar setup?

Something along the lines of this.

Only problem is I would need a different cable, a longer one.
But not to big a deal.

this way might save me cable trouble.

I cut the handle bars down, they only rise up about 2 inches now and are nearly straight.
They look mean, but feel weird, So I might change them later on.

Mounted the Gas tank today,
and made a seat bracket and pivot, so seat is mounted. Springs arent mounted yet.

Haven't had much time lately for it. Only thing have done recently is mess with the fender.
I rounded it out on the english wheel, and mounted fender struts to it.

thats cause it doesn't! Its has the kinda clutch system snowmobiles and rhinos and stuff like that uses.

Sorry no progress lately, Havent had money or time, mostly no money though.

I have plans to remove the swingarm and do an open driveshaft before I go much farther on it, and I have been having trouble finding the right sized tubing.

I think you are going to have a traction problem with your fender mounted like that. Looks good man!
