93 FW Ranger
well ive posted my truck on other sites so i guess ill post here too. its a 93 extended cab 4x4. swapped out the 3.0l for a 94 4.0l. front end is a 78 hp d44 fw converted to 8 lug, 5.13 gears and a welded carrier, and james duff radius arms. rear is a ff 14bolt w/ disc brakes, and a welded carrier. shortened the wb to 118" running 38.5x15x15 boggers. bobbed and dovetailed the bed and narrowed the nose with a 03 fiberglass hood and grille. its still under construction
here's the duff arms
heres the dovetailed bed
still have a lot to do but hoping to finish up for late spring early summer. ill get some more recent pictures up soon but its not getting much done to it til i get some heat in my garage.

well last week i had some good weather so me and my buddy chris managed to get the tranny out of my parts truck and into the big truck.
right now the tranny and transfercase are in and the tranny x-member is in.
worked on the motor wiring harness and got the radiator in.
trying to get this thing running asap so i can get it out of the garage on its own power this spring.
heres a couple random pics from awhile ago in the build up

Just curious is all. What type of wheelbase length are you looking for? Around 105"?

if you look at the first picture at the top you can see how far the rear axle is moved forward. its at around 118" wb.
i moved the front axle forward about 2" so the wb was to much for some of the tight trails we have aroound here not to mention the break over angle sucked since im tring to keep it as low as i can.

well been working nights the past few weeks and got some work done to the truck. double bobbed the bed and dovetailed in not quite done yet. ordered steering from ballistic fabrication just got it today, along with rear spring hangers and u-bolt plates ill get some pics up tomorrow.
been pretty cold the past couple days so havent done much and expecting 8-10" of snow tomorrow afternoon. hopefully it warms up next week so i can get the rear axle bolted up and get the truck back on its own weight.

very nice! you have some body skills.
how do you like that ballistic fabrication steering? you get the 1 ton TREs? Mine just came in wednesday... talk about BEEF. I cant wait to get mine hooked up. they forgot the tube ends though. should be shipping that out shortly.
i love the bed. not sure about it being shorter but the bob looks awesome
