yah takes a third of a gal maybe. Prolly less, just think of the size of the bed versus just getn those lower panels. Also to do a proper job you'll need to remove your rear bumper, but that isn't hard. Also try to sand down the rust and prime it because you'll just be sealing it in if u dont deal with it.

as for the tailgate folks, when getting it professionally done, don't just do the inside of the tailgate, do every part of the inside of the tailgate, this will take care of any future possible rust problems you normally would encounter had you not don't this, the nobly part you don't beeline is the outside of the tailgate, well for me the bottom part of the outside was done also.
