Question here. I was just looking at the rocky road superslider/ rocksliders and they were said to fit the 98' -08' Rangers on the web page. What has changed in the frames of newer years like my 2010?. I like the idea as mikerider said of being bolt on. I have no fab skills myself so I would have to take I somewhere to have it done. Will these still fit my 2010 Sport 4x4??

Are you happy with them bolted on? This is the route I'm interested in, minus the body lift. Any problems getting them drilled/bolted onto the frame? Components in the way? Anything you'd do different?
I've got a used set of Trail Gear sliders waiting in the garage, I just haven't gotten up the ambition.

i put a transfer case skid on my truck last night and it looks like the only thing in the way are brake and fuel lines. they are only held in by plastic clips, should be able to pull them out to drill and mount the sliders then push them back in.
i am now hoping to buy a set after christmas is over

difference in application... mine are to keep my truck as strait as I can on the occasional tree or rock strike, not trying to pivot the truck on boulders constantly, my sliders would handle that BUT not the mounts, they would need more metal to reinforce for sure it I was going to use them like you do.
