Son OF A..... another Accident mod

Well coming home from work last night about two miles from my house i was tooling along about 55mph and all of a sudden a deer decides he want to cross the street directly in front of MY vehicle needless to say he wont be walking anywhere else ever again and here is the damage done to my baby.

I have had 2 deer commit suicide while I was driving. The only good thing is it's an act of God so your insurance doesn't go up but it doesn't really help much being without during repair. Many years ago the State of CT paid your repairs bills but they stopped that.

I remember heading souther 95 near the Mystic int he passing lane. I was getting ready to pull over to the right lane but saw an older battle wagon come flying up. I saw the brake lights on the 18 wheeler in front me go on so I slowed down. Then I saw why a dear was coming across the median. The deer jumped over the guard rail across the front of the 18 wheeler and landed so that the car barreling down the right lane had it end up laying across the front of the hood. As I drove by the car was taking the exit and steam was coming out. It reminded me of the old pictures of guys strapping deer kills on the front of their cars.

Hope all works out for you.
Thank you for what you do. Protecting our great nation.

Sorry about the deer run in, i know I would be so mad if that happened to me. I put a push bar with brush guards on when i got my truck and man, they have paid for themselves 3 times now.

That sux, stupid deer sometimes. A lot of times a grill guard will bend and go into you fenders and hood causing more damage. That is why I invested in my baby, bring it on bambi

Well found out my estimate today the grand total for repairs replacment and repaint is ............................$3568.00

but the good part is i only have a $50 deductible YYAAYY!!

Oh Yeah i told them the put on a powerdome hood with the factory honeycomb grill instead of the "XLT" value crapage and their replacing my lower valence which i broke forever ago offroading, score one for the home team
