Replacing Heater Returns Tubes
I have and old Green 2002 3L V6 Ranger
Had a small leak in the heater return at the plastic junction, I went to wipe some of the coolant up with a paper towel and asses the situation and wham the heater control valve snaps off in the hose. So I purchased a new heater hose set OEM all that and I think its fairly straight forward. But alas the old hose connected to the firewall is stuck on really damn good. I was thinking carefully cut it off the nipple? Unless someone here had a better suggestion.

Use sharp knife to cut stuck rubber hose off hose barb; looks like you're due for all new coolant hoses.
Then replace VacuumToClose HeaterControlValve
