Talked to my bodyman today--hood was delayed because he had a Police Cruiser come in that he had to get done, but it will be on the truck on Friday. I'm leaving the truck with him in the morning and he's going to install it and get it all aligned nicely for me. Trust me guys--nobody wants this done more than I do!

If you're there, you'll see it! Just over a week away now. Just keep your eyes open for a camo pop-up canopy up near the rock crawling area (that's where the Rangers were last year).

Thanks guys---it was a long road for sure, but I'm pretty happy with it for the most part. I got it all aligned yesterday, got the hood latch adusted properly--the gaps are probably better on this than they were on the stock hood! At some point, I'm going to have to reinforce the backside of the leading edge of the hood near the latch, though--it was pretty thin there after all of the trimming and it's cracked already. The fact that a PowerDome is quite a bit heavier than a steel stocker might have something to do with the cracking--bitch SLAMS shut.
No STX, Scotty--Plasti-dipped billet is as close as I'm getting to one of those unless somebody drops one in my lap.
