Over the rail spray in + tonneau?

I have an over the rail Line-X liner. I got it not planning on getting a tonneau, but I kind of need a soft tonneau now. Will the liner cause any problems with a clamp-on Extang soft tonneau? I don't think it will, but the liner does make the bed rails thicker, so I would like to know for sure before spending $170.

don't worry about that at all
the tonneau clamps are made for a wide assortment of rails and some are thicker than our two ply spot welded sides
